        Letecia Harris is the principal of Hungerford Elementary in Eatonville, Florida where she focuses on achieving academic success for all students. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida which led her to becoming an elementary school teacher. After four years of teaching, she decided she wanted to become an administrator because she wanted to have a positive impact on students and teachers as well. She accomplished this by obtaining her Masters of Science in Educational picture of letecia fosterLeadership from Nova Southeastern University. She has been an administrator for 16 years. Before becoming the principal of Hungerford Elementary, she was an assistant principal at Lakemont Elementary in Winter Park, Florida. After two years, she transferred as the assistant principal to Killarney Elementary in Winter Park, Florida and shortly after became principal. During her tenure at Killarney, it remained one of the top rated schools in the Orange County Public School system. Her vision for Hungerford Elementary is to be the top producer of successful students in the nation. Her greatest accomplishment and most rewarding job is being the mother of three wonderful boys.
